BBa_K1911001 Review 1 Not understood jleveille

Lambert's iGEM team sequenced pLac-ClpXP-CI to ensure the sequence was correct seeing as it is used as part of the team's final construct. The sequencing results showed that there was a double terminator (BBa_B0015) at the beginning of the sequence, which is designed to be the terminator for tsPurple (the previous part in the final project).
