Inverted INPUT TetR generator
This part is modified version of Part:BBa_K145201. The J23116_promoter-B0034_RBS-C0040_TetR region from the original part was PCR amplified and cloned inverted to limit the cross-talk with other parts. The new part has no terminators and the LVA-like degradation tag of TetR was removed.
