Applications of BBa_K2271067
The figures 1 and 2 show the functionality of our Pex5 variant R19. R19 with PTS1* leads to clear import whereas the controls with the wild type PTS1 and the wild type Pex5 with PTS1* do not show any signs for import into the peroxisome.
