-This part actually is a composite part containing the alx promoter and riboswitch [https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2348000 BBa_K2348000] and mNeonGreen [https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1761003 BBa_K1761003]. But in addition, between riboswitch and mNeonGreen a TEV-site and a f-degron are inserted. Also, mNeonGreen ins 6xHis-taged and the parts ends with a T7-terminator. Because the part does not work when build as Biobrick due to the Biobrick scar this part is listed as basic part.
-TEV-site and f-degron allow a fast and controllable degradation of mNeonGreen and in combination with the fast maturation time of mNeonGreen allow a fast cooler change when used together with our other pH-sensitive part [https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2348011 BBa_K2348011]
