For LL-37 ability assay, we tested Minimal Inhibitory concentration(MIC) of <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>, the result is shown as follows:

As picture shows that the concentration of LL-37 from 5ug/ml to 10ug/ml, the LL-37 has highly activities <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>.

We also tested the anti-biofilm ability of LL-37 on biofilm formation of <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>, the result as follows:

The result shows that the value of Absorbance at 595nm decreases while the concentration of LL-37 increases. It seems that LL-37 peptide inhibits <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i> to form the biofilm.
