miR-875 target sequence

It is the target sequence of miR-875, a modularized DNA part from a set of chemically synthetic oligo DNA library.

Usage and Biology

MiRNA locker assembled by using this modularized DNA part was able to bind miR-875 in an Ago2 dependent manner, that is, knockdown of miR-875 was achieved by transfecting cells with miRNA locker.

Hsa-miR-875-3p was found in human cells, and it is located in rn3 chr7- 71209979-71209999.1

In dilated cardiomyopathy patients, the expression levels of miR-618, miR-875-3p, miR-205, miR-194, miR-302a, miR-147, and miR-544 were found decreased.
