Team Kyoto 2017
We cultured B. xylophilus with S. cerevisiae expressing EGFP from the TDH3 promoter (BBa_K530008). After several days we collected the nematodes and observed them with a fluorescence microscope, and we were able to confirm nematodes emitting green fluorescence throughout the intestinal tract.
