A thyroid stimulating hormone antagonist, with His-tags for purification, under control of the salicylic acid-inducible promoter, GST6. The terminator is the nopaline synthase gene terminator, native to <i> Agrobacterium tumefaciens </i>. This construct in contained within the pGB-A2 plasmid. It should be used to express and create the TSH antagonist in the presence of salicylic acid.

TSH antagonist under control of the GST6 promoter

This construct contains the GST6 promotor, the TSHH coding sequence. We have not fully sequenced the 3' region of the construct but our PCR analysis indicates that it correctly includes the Nos Terminator.

This part is contained within the Phytobrick level 1 pGB-A2 plasmid.
The GST6 promoter is induced by the plant hormone salicylic acid..
