This one is initial part in our project. It is made up of Thioredoxin z (TRXz) gene fragment and two reverse T7 promoters. And some research shows the deletion of TRX z expression generates a PEP-deficient phenotype and renders the plants incapable to grow autotrophically and their leaves will turn yellow. Compared to wild type, Phenotypic and transcriptional changes of trx z are obvious.
