We generated a number of [http://2017.igem.org/Team:Cardiff_Wales/compositeparts level 1 constructs] containing the LexA promotor.
These include joining the LexA promotor to the TSHH or the LUC+ CDS.
We did not characterise these constructs any further within our project but they should be of use for future iGEM teams.
