PYK10-1457:a seedling and root specific promoter

This part contains a root-specific promoter from Arabidopsis thaliana root and Hypocotyls. Compared to the full-length promoter, PYK10-1457 lacks the 785 bp base at the 5 'end , but its strength is increased by several times
