We first transformed the part BBa_I6088 into the DH5α E.coli, and selected it with chloroamphenicol. After culturing in the LB medium, it was transferred into a new LB medium. The OD600 and the YFP fluorescence was tested every hour without inducer. The OD600 is as follows. (Fig.1)The YFP fluorescence was not been detected when excitation wavelength was centered at 514nm and emission was measured at 527nm.
