strong promoter, cycle amplification system and GFP/RFP dual fluorescent system
Strong promoter pcat and promoter plux start the line, luxl generator produce AHL, and AHL combined with luxR products will promote the expression of plux. The lacl products will inhibiting the expression of plac promoter to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the expression of RFP, while the GFP express normally.
Agarose gel electrophoresis
We calculated the new part’s base number to be 4739bp. The figure1 is the result of agarose gel electrophoresis. We can make a preliminary judgment that the sequences are correct.
