Design Notes
This sequence is modified for use in yeast or other AT-rich fungi. Vika is highly specific in catalyzing vox recombination. This part expresses the vika gene which will react with vox site in the mating so as to trigger Vika-Vox system.

We use overlap PCR to connect the segments(TDH3p,vika and TDH2t).
