This is an RFP fluorescent device that can be used for fluorescence measurement experiments. The enhancement effect of UTRrpsT on the promoter was demonstrated by comparison test. Any team of interested parties can use it to do the control group on UTRrpsT. The future team can use this as a starting point to design a rich 5'UTR structure.
