This is correspond to the reception part of warrior 1/beggar 1/farmer 1 in our project. This part make the E.coli MG1666(&#916;lacI) able to recept the 3OC6HSL secreted by warrior 2 so that the warrior 2 can kill warrior 1/beggar 1/farmer 1. This can be realized by 3OC6HSL binding to LuxR, activating the expression of LacI, and then LacI inhibiting the expression of CmR, making the warrior 1/beggar 1/farmer 1 unable to survive under the Chloramphenicol.
