TSH antagonist under control of the PDF1.2 promoter

A thyroid stimulating hormone antagonist, with His-tags for purification, under control of the jasmonic acid-inducible promoter, PDF1.2. The terminator is the nopaline synthase gene terminator, native to Agrobacterium tumefaciens . This construct in contained within the pGB-A2 plasmid. It should be used to express and create the TSH antagonist in the presence of jasmonic acid.
