A medium CheZ generator with fusion GFP reporter
This generator contains promoter J23106 ,RBS from BBa_J61100,functional chemotaxis gene CheZ,reporter gene GFP from BBa_E0040 and a 18bp-GS linker between two functional domains.It can generate medium concentration of CheZ which can be reported by the fluorescence intensity.It is used to detect the relationship of CheZ under different strength of promoter and its swimming ability.Promoters with different strength are also constructed as BBa_K2012013[1],BBa_K2012016[2]
We have proved the function of GFP and CheZ by observing it under the fluorescence microscope and transforming it into a cheZ lacking strain to process swarming assay seperately.
