NmCas9 is originated from Neisseria meningitidis species with a PAM requirement of NGGNGATT that placed at the 3' end of spacer sequence. From the results attached, it shows that NmCas9 is generally not performed well for both NHEJ and HDR even with different spacer length that range from 17-23 nucleotides.
