We have tested this circuit in pSB3K3 and pSB4K5. The fluorescence intensity is shown in Fig.1. The copy number of pSB3K3 is little higher than the copy number of pSB4K5 and the result is that the fluorescence intensity of pSB4K5 is higher than pSB3K3. It means our system is working. Our killer would express more with less plasmid.

We have linked this circuit in pSB3K3 and pSB4K5 and tested them in E.coli BMTop10. The fluorescence intensity is shown in Fig.1. The copy number of pSB3K3 is little higher than the copy number of pSB4K5 and the result is that the fluorescence intensity of pSB4K5 is higher than pSB3K3. It means our system is working. Our killer would express more with less plasmid.
