This is one of our application circuit.


<Description>
This device is similar to our project final gene circuit using relationship of inhibitor-promoter to start downstream gene’s transcription.We use RFP as a report gene. The report gene could indicate a safety condition when killer gene express.
In order to adjust the repressing efficiency, we choose medium strong constitutive promoter J23106 and strong RBS B0034 to express inhibitor gene tetR.
