This is one of our application circuit.

<Description>
This device is similar to our project final gene circuit using relationship of inhibitor-promoter to start downstream gene’s transcription.We use RFP as a report gene. The report gene could indicate a safety condition when killer gene express.
In order to adjust the repressing efficiency, we choose strong constitutive promoter J23119 and strong RBS B0034 to express inhibitor gene tetR. Meanwhile, we also constructed more circuits which have different combine with promoter, RBS and inhibitor. More detail see in our Wiki([http://2016.igem.org/Team:BIT-China/Parts Parts Submission])
