A device used to characterize promoters throught measurement of RFP expression

Device is based on I2057 and contains a partial biobrick site (EcoR1, Not1, Xba1) upstream of the RBS. To insert a BB promoter for testing, digest both the promoter EcoR1 and Spe1, and the result will form a mixed site. This design best simulates spacing in actual construction however, parts cannot be removed after testing.
