The fold change between pSB3K3-phlFp - BBa_E0240(A) and negative control (pSB3K3-BBa_E0240) is 13.2, which is same as that of pSB3K3-BBa_J23101-B0032-C0012-B1006- phlFp -E0240(C).Mean and standard error mean(SEM) are calculated and represented by the height of the bar and the error bar respectively. Since their RFU are similar and almost the same, it proves that there is no cross-talk between lacp andphlFp(BBa_K1899004).
