The construct aims at investigating any interference caused by lacl repressor on promoter PhlFp.

Results

Fig a) Comparison of Technical Triplicate Results of pSB3K3-BBa_J23101-B0032-C0012-B1006- PhlFp -E0240 and pSB3K3-PhlFp - BBa_E0240The fold change between pSB3K3-PhlFp - BBa_E0240 and negative control (pSB3K3-BBa_E0240) is 13.2, which is same as that of pSB3K3-BBa_J23101-B0032-C0012-B1006- PhlFp -E0240. Since their RFU are similar and almost the same, it proves that there is no cross-talk between lacp and Phlfp(BBa_K1899004
