However, the product TPA can cause inhibition of the reaction and slow down it. We want to use TPA as inductor of the promoter and this part is used to test. This system consists of the TPA inducible Leader sequence(BBa_K2110001), the enhanced promoter PGK1(BBa_K2110012),the mRFP-1 gene(BBa_BBa_E1010) and Terminator CYC1(BBa_K2110000).
