Sequencing before submission to registry revealed a 5bp deletion of bases 11-15 "aacgt" in the promoter pHLBA (BBa_K2151009). This does not affect either the -35 or -10 sites, and this part produces amilCP blue chromoprotein so the promoter is still able to drive expression of amilCP.
