HerE fused to Linker+dCBD in RFC25
Heroin esterase (BBa_K1615045) fused to the N terminal of dCBD + N terminal linker (BBa_K1321340). If folded properly, this allows heroin esterase to deacetylate heroin while immobilised on cellulose.
