His Tag II AptaBody (A5)
Notice: Functional DNA
This part is a sequence of a functional ssDNA. It is only active as single-stranded DNA. It can not be cloned into a plasmid. For use order it as a DNA oligo.
His Tag II AptaBody is a sequence consisting of a His-Tag aptamer and the HRP-mimicking DNAzyme for use in Western Blot applications. Between the His Tag aptamer and the HRP mimicking DNAzyme a 5x poly-A spacer is placed ensuring the functionality for ligand binding and peroxidase activity.
For optimal hydrogen peroxide degradation, hemin should be contained in the solution in equimolar concentration to the AptaBody and pH should be 8.5.
