This part works well.

The enzyme, G3DH,  expressed from this parts could convert trehalose to 3'3-dkttrehalose.

Following figure shows that G3DH can recognize trehalose as its substrate and it has activity toward trehalose.

Also, we built up one hypothesis that G3DH can recognize cellobiose as its substrate because of its wide specificity of substrate recognition.

So, we checked the activity of G3DH towards cellobiose.
