Design Notes
This part is designed by ourselves based on the sequence of BM1 in our project.
NJU_CHINA finished the primary construction of this part and edited the vectors provided by the Golden Gate TALEN and TAL Effector Kit 2.0 (adding corresponding cutting sites to be specific) to meet the RFC10 bio-brick standard. We then finished the standardization of this part b ourselves.
