CFP-LVA under promoter R0011

Cyan fluorescent protein with LVA fast degradation tag under the control of strong lacI regulated promoter R0011. This part has been visualized both via plasmid-based expression and genome integration expression. Confocal microscopy (60x oil immersion objective on a Nikon A1R confocal) shows strong fluorescent signal even for single copy number expression. See merged CFP/YFP image: [1] Sequence and Features
