Design Notes

We use a RNA thermometer to make the device temperature-sensitive. When the temperature is below 37°C,the secondary structure of the RBS after transform would be folded, so that the ribosome can't translated RFP. When the temperature rises above 37°C, the secondary structure of the RBS after transform would be unfolded and produce RFP.
