3-hydroxybutyryl-CoA dehydratase
Coding region for the 3-hydroxybutyryl-CoA dehydratase (Crt), an enzyme involved in the butyrate biosynthesis pathway of Clostridium acetobutylicum. This substrate of this enzyme is 3-hydroxybutyryl-coA and the product is Crotonyl-CoA.
