pcyA with RBS
Strong RBS (BBa_B0030). Ferredoxin oxidoreductase (PcyA) from synechocystis (BBa_I15009). Converts biliverdin IXalpha (BV) to phycocyanobilin (PCB), the immediate precursor of cyanobacterial phytochromes (Figure 1).
