[iGEM gifu 2015] .

We attached this part[BBa_1859003] to 5 'sides of His-RFP without stop codon [BBa_K1332002] . Then, it was connected to each 5 'sides of [BBa_K1859004] and [BBa_K1859006] . In addition,Lacl [BBa_R0010] , RBS [BBa_B0034] and DT [BBa_B0015] was conbined with them, making [BBa_K1859024] and [BBa_K1859029] . When these devices were expressed in E.coli, Curcular mRNA including the linker was made. The efficiency that mRNA is circularized changed by sequence of the mRNA.
