Mf-ssrA Tag1 reporter
Mf-ssrA tag can be degraded by mf-Lon, which may bring plenty of applications in all kinds of fields. However, in order to implement a more practical and quick method for detection, we incorporated tag1 (BBa_K1696013) into a RFP-based test platform in E.coli. Once the protein has been expressed, it can lead to the red fluorescence detected. With the presence of mf-Lon, the red fluorescence can eventually drop off or even disappear.
