slrR with strong promoter and RBS

SlrR is an important transcriptional regulator in Bacillus subtilis. SlrR represses the sigma(D)-dependent flagellar genes and activates the eps and yqxM operons. Therefore it is has a controlling factor in biofilm formation. By overexpressing SlrR, with the use of a strong promoter (BBa_K090504) and a strong RBS (BBa_K780001), a robust biofilm can be formed.
