Changes: Where and Why

  1. bp 415-420: want to remove Gene 10 (-10) promoter binding sequence
    • frame = TTG ACA : Leu Thr
      • change to = CTG ACC : Leu Thr
  2. Cut gene 2 at HpaI site. HpaI site will be a boundary for section A of M13.1 refactored genome
