ribB with double terminators.
This part is based on part K1755001. click here for more info B1755002 consisting of K1755001 and B0014 which were also characterized as ribB coding sequence and double terminators. ribB,the 3,4 dihydroxy-2-butanone-4-phosphate synthase, which able cell produce more riboflavin. Double terminator consisting of BBa_B0012 and BBa_B0011 that make it become the transcriptional terminator and bidirectional transcriptional terminator for the E.coli RNA polymerase.
