ribB coding sequence
ribB,the 3,4 dihydroxy-2-butanone-4-phosphate synthase。 We get this part from E.coli genome by PCR. It can increase the electric output by synthesis of riboflavin.
Besides riboflavin itself is yellow. After the addition of ribB, the bacteria will be yellow.
