10 aa linker with BamHI restriction site and TEV recognition site
Flexible 10 amino acids linker with the sequence GSENLYFQSG. The linker enables fusion between two proteins. The linker also includes the Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV) protease recognition site, ENLYFQS. This enables separation of the two proteins linked together. In order to prevent scarsites that encodes stop-codons(from the standard assembly RFC[10]), this part also includes a BamHI site (see design page for further description).
