PDZ domain + Linker

The PDZ domain, one of our scaffold subunits, is a part of the α-syntrophin protein in Mus musculus. Now we do the codon opmitization according to our host cell S.cerevisae. The PDZ domain allows the assembly of our targeted protein CA. And the domain is the third subunit of our scaffold protein.

Simulative structure of the PDZ domain which we add the linker behind it.
