GBD domian + Linker

The GBD domain, one of our scaffold subunits, is a part of GTPase binding domain in Rattus rattus. Now we do the codon opmitization according to our host cell S.cerevisae. The GBD domain allows the assembly of our targeted protein PRK. And the domain is the first subunit of our scaffold protein.
