Applications of BBa_K131026
[http://2014.igem.org/Team:Aachen iGEM Team Aachen 2014]
[http://2014.igem.org/Team:Aachen The iGEM Team Aachen 2014] used this biobrick to detect 3-oxo-C12-HSL as well as Pseudomonas aeruginosa directly.
Detection of 3-oxo-C12-HSL using a microplate Reader:
Testing K131026 in sensor chips K131026 in our sensor chip induced with 0.2 µL 3-oxo-C12 HSL and measured with a plate reader. Blue color indicates no fluorescence, red color indicates fluorescence. Top chip is not induced, bottom chip is induced with HSL. |
The biobrick K131026 was also used in the measurement device [http://2014.igem.org/Team:Aachen/Project/Measurement_Device Watson] for detecting 3-oxo-C12-HSL.
Testing K131026 with WatsOn K131026 in our sensor chip induced with 0.2 µL 3-oxo-C12 HSL and measured with WatsOn. Left chip is not induced, right chip is induced with HSL. |
K131026 was also used to detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa directly.
Detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with WatsOn K131026 in our sensor chip induced with Pseudomonas aeruginosa and measured with WatsOn. Left chip is not induced, right chip is induced. |
