Fig 1.We wanted to know if the fusion protein will combine the plasimd. We mixed up the protein TAT:H4 with the plasmid pcDNA3.1(+),and the mass ratios of DNA and protein were 1:0,1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 in 2ul glucose solution. This picture showed that TAT-H4 can combine with DNA, because the plasmid was retraded.
