UNIQc5a94e26efea4d9d-partinfo-00000000-QINU UNIQc5a94e26efea4d9d-partinfo-00000001-QINU Oct. 2014: Part K1320000 contains the same cadmium responsive promoter and GFP but includes sensitivity tuners. It is far more sensitive than this part (2.5mM Cd).
Oct. 2012: We grew liquid cultures for 24 hours with varying concentrations of Cadmium Nitrate in the presence of our cells. After growth, the tests were spun down, then resuspended in 1X PBS (Phosphate Buffer Solution). The results were measured in fluorescence per OD 600. The graph below shows our results.
