iGEM Dundee 2014

We made an exact twin of this PqsR-encoding part and rather than send it to The Registry we decided to call our version BBa_K1157001 and use it for our 2014 project. We added an HA epitope tag and showed that the protein was produced in an E. coli chassis (Dundee Figure 1) when expressed from an in-house vector called pUNI-PROM. This part was used in conjunction with a pqsA promoter that we submitted as BBa_K1315001.
