yenbox_WT-B0032-GFP
This construct was created for characterising the quorum sensing system from Yersinia enterocolitica, the Yen system. yenbox_WT is one of the parts in the Yen system, a recognition region (homologous to the luxbox from the well known Lux system), fused with a wildtype promoter. When interaction between the activator BBa_K138004 (B0034-YenR) and the yenbox occur, the expression level of the fused promoter is induced.
The BioBrick that were used for assembling this construct was BBa_K138000 (yenbox_WT) and BBa_E0040 (the green fluorescence protein GFP with the RBS B0032).
