Design Notes
The designed was made according to interlab study requirements. The promoter and the vector have been taken from BBa_K823005, cut with XbeI and SpeI. The GFP coding sequences as well as RBS and terminators have been cut out from BBa_E0240 also with XbeI and SpeI and introduced to the cut promoter + backbone. We used heatshock competent NEB cels.
